What to send for a useful proposal.

Review the sample and packaging together.
Review viscosity and dispensing, stability, preservation, package compatibility and the evidence for the intended cosmetic claims.
A reference pack is a starting point for development, not a current stock or price offer. Confirm the final material, net content, decoration and quantity before production.
Connect the formula to the certificate scope.
The official registry includes named products, not every possible private-label formula. Confirm whether your project matches an existing product record or requires a further review. Changes in formula, raw-material sourcing, product identity or site can change the documentation work.
Plan production and handover.
Agree on the approved formula and pack, artwork, relevant tests, material readiness and production window. Confirm batch identification, inspection records, shipping responsibilities and the destination documentation in your order.
